The article, titled:
“Improving the Environmental Effects of Nosocomial Infectious Effluents by Using Disposable Suction Liner Bags,” highlights the critical role of disposable suction liner bags in reducing environmental hazards and hospital-acquired infections.
The publication examines common challenges associated with permanent suction canisters, such as a high risk of infection transmission, the need for constant cleaning, and elevated maintenance costs. In contrast, it emphasizes the advantages of disposable suction liners—including faster disposal, enhanced staff safety, and a significant reduction in both hospital infections and environmental contamination.
This innovative solution, with its hygienic and safe design, has already been implemented in over 500 healthcare facilities across Iran and has paved the way for expanding Abadis Medical Canisters’ product exports to regional and international markets.
